How We Work

Step 1

Consultation

Here we will discuss your overall vision including your design style as well as your material preferences. At this time, we will outline the cost of the design package specific to your project.

Step 2

Design Proposal

Following our initial consultation, you will receive a proposal specifically tailored to your project that outlines all of the phases of the design process.

Step 3

As-Built Phase

This phase begins with a site measurement, we will carefully measure each room of your home and check out your basement and crawl spaces to gather important information! We will also capture your home with 3D cameras as this allows us to gather critical information in the future. Once the site measure is complete, the As-Built drawings are drafted and a zoning analysis is completed.

Step 4

Concept Phase

This is where the fun really starts! Here we start broadly and then begin to narrow down the design to something you love. This phase ends with what's known as a “Pricing Set of drawings”.

Step 5

Final Budget & Contract

We will work with you to finalize your design plans and provide a firm estimate. We will also prepare a Build Contract for you to sign.

Step 6

Pre-Construction Preparation

Our designers will work with you to select all the beautiful finishes for your home, from high-level concept boards, right down to the fine details for each and every selection.

Step 7

Construction

This is when your dreams start to become a reality! As the construction process begins you will continue to have the same open communication as you’ve had throughout the design process, you will be involved in each and every decision along the way.

Step 8

Completion & Walk-Through

At this time you will have the opportunity to complete a final walk-through with your Site Supervisor & Project Manager to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Step 9

Warranty Period Begins

Following the completion of your renovation, the warranty period begins. We are so confident in the quality of our workmanship that we back it with a 2-year warranty.
